MasteryLabs Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MasteryLabs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services. The owner of MasteryLabs is Matthew McDonald.

2. Description of Service

MasteryLabs provides software tools and hosting to help you manage and deploy digital services. The features and availability may change from time to time, with reasonable notice where applicable.

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our site and update the "Effective Date". Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Access and Use of Service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use MasteryLabs services in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the services in a manner that harms us or others, or that violates applicable laws.

5. Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting unlawful behavior.
• Infringing on third-party rights or disseminating malware.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the service or attempting to bypass security.
• Using the service to harass, threaten, or abuse others.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in MasteryLabs and its content remain with MasteryLabs and its licensors. You receive only the limited license described in Section 4. Any third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

If you purchase services from MasteryLabs, fees and billing terms are as described at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in a specific refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase. We may change pricing at any time, with notice where required by law.

Either party may terminate access to the service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends and you must cease all use of the service unless a separate agreement exists.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". MasteryLabs and owner Matthew McDonald disclose no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasteryLabs and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MasteryLabs and owner Matthew McDonald from any claims or losses arising out of your use of the service or violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice and, where required, obtain your consent. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
